Mon objectif ultime est de transmettre cette passion \u00e0 travers mes connaissances et mon exp\u00e9rience, afin d&rsquo;accompagner chacun vers une meilleure sant\u00e9 et un bien-\u00eatre durable.<\/p><p>Je m&rsquo;efforce v\u00e9ritablement d&rsquo;aider les individus \u00e0 atteindre leurs objectifs, que ce soit sur le plan sportif ou personnel. Mon ambition est de les guider vers une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de leur corps, de les aider \u00e0 se sentir bien dans leur peau et \u00e0 atteindre leur plein potentiel.<\/p><p>En ce qui concerne mes aspirations personnelles, je nourris une grande volont\u00e9 de performance dans le domaine de la course \u00e0 pied et du trail. Je suis d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 repousser mes limites et \u00e0 exceller, en tirant parti des bienfaits de la nutrition pour optimiser mes performances.<\/p><p>Je consid\u00e8re \u00e9galement la formation continue comme une priorit\u00e9. Je m&rsquo;engage \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir constamment de nouvelles connaissances afin de mieux servir mes futurs patients. C&rsquo;est pourquoi je me suis fix\u00e9 comme objectif de terminer un IronMan, une \u00e9preuve qui me permettra de tester mes limites physiques et mentales, et de repousser mes propres fronti\u00e8res.<\/p><p>Enfin, je nourris le d\u00e9sir d&rsquo;approfondir mes comp\u00e9tences en me lan\u00e7ant dans des \u00e9tudes de coach sportif.
