C&rsquo;est pourquoi me tourner vers l&rsquo;alimentation m&rsquo;a paru comme une \u00e9vidence.<\/p><p><em>\u201cSoignez votre corps. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;endroit unique que vous avez pour vivre\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Jim Rohn<\/p><p>La nourriture que l&rsquo;on mange repr\u00e9sente un carburant essentiel pour notre corps, c&rsquo;est pourquoi la compr\u00e9hension de celui-ci passe aussi par la connaissance \u00a0des impacts, r\u00f4les de son alimentation et de son mode de vie sur sa sant\u00e9.<\/p><p>Mon approche vis-\u00e0-vis de la di\u00e9t\u00e9tique passe avant tout par l&rsquo;\u00e9coute de soi et de ses sensations, ce qui est \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00eame inverse des r\u00e9gimes hyper-restrictifs qui sont pour moi inadapt\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Chaque personne est unique avec son histoire et sa complexit\u00e9 c&rsquo;est pourquoi j&rsquo;adapte ma prise en charge avec une approche plut\u00f4t hollistique de la di\u00e9t\u00e9tique.<\/p><p>Cette approche consiste \u00e0 prendre en compte la personne dans sa globalit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que de cibler une probl\u00e9matique et de la voir \u00e0 travers un seul prisme de sa personnalit\u00e9. Cette vision de l&rsquo;\u00eatre humain tient compte de ses dimensions physiques, mentales et \u00e9motionnelles.<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi par la suite je souhaite me sp\u00e9cialiser dans l&rsquo;ayurv\u00e8da, une m\u00e9decine traditionnelle d&rsquo;Inde, qui permet selon moi d&rsquo;avoir une approche plus globale de la personne pour mieux la comprendre et l&rsquo;aider dans une complexit\u00e9 qui lui est propre.
