di\u00e9t\u00e9tique passe donc par la connaissance de soi et des ses besoins en ayant les bases d&rsquo;une alimentation saine c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire vari\u00e9e, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, adapt\u00e9e et source de plaisir !<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi me tourner vers la di\u00e9t\u00e9tique m&rsquo;a permis de mieux comprendre l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;alimentation qui occupe une place centrale dans notre quotidien.<\/p><p><strong>Manger<\/strong> est un acte vital mais il <strong>nous engage<\/strong> aussi car nous avons tous, par le choix de nos achats, la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;agir sur notre <strong>sant\u00e9 et l&rsquo;environnement<\/strong> !<\/p><p>Mon but \u00e0 travers ce m\u00e9tier, est de partager mes connaissances pour que tous puissent voir le lien entre l&rsquo;alimentation et la sant\u00e9 humaine, animale et environnementale.\u00a0<\/p><p>Je propose donc des <strong>consultations di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques \u00e0 distance ou \u00e0 domicile<\/strong> Di\u00e9t\u00e9ticien-Nutritionniste, M\u00e9decin Nutritionniste et Nutritionniste, il est donc important de les comprendre pour bien les dissocier.<\/p><p>En effet, un\u00a0Di\u00e9t\u00e9ticien-Nutritionniste est un professionnel de sant\u00e9 ayant obtenu un dipl\u00f4me d&rsquo;Etat, un m\u00e9decin Nutritionniste est un m\u00e9decin avec un sp\u00e9cialisation en nutrition tandis qu&rsquo;un Nutritionniste n&rsquo;est pas \u00e0 proprement parl\u00e9 un \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9tier\u00a0\u00bb mais plut\u00f4t une qualification non
