Jus d\u00e9tox, eaux vitamin\u00e9es, shots de gingembre, kombucha, boissons br\u00fble-graisse, th\u00e9s minceur\u2026 Les promesses d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 sont attractives : \u00e9liminer les toxines, relancer le m\u00e9tabolisme, favoriser la perte de poids, am\u00e9liorer l\u2019immunit\u00e9 ou encore \u00ab purifier \u00bb l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais derri\u00e8re ces arguments marketing, que dit r\u00e9ellement la physiologie ? Peut-on r\u00e9ellement am\u00e9liorer sa sant\u00e9 ou perdre du poids gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une boisson ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de r\u00e9pondre, il faut revenir aux bases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019hydratation : un pilier souvent sous-estim\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le corps humain est compos\u00e9 d\u2019environ <strong>60 % d\u2019eau<\/strong>. L\u2019hydratation participe \u00e0 la <strong>r\u00e9gulation <\/strong>de la <strong>temp\u00e9rature <\/strong>corporelle, au <strong>transport des nutriments<\/strong>, \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>\u00e9limination des d\u00e9chets<\/strong> m\u00e9taboliques, au <strong>fonctionnement r\u00e9nal et digestif<\/strong>, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la <strong>performance cognitive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une l\u00e9g\u00e8re <strong>d\u00e9shydratation <\/strong>peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 <strong>alt\u00e9rer la concentration<\/strong>, augmenter la sensation de <strong>fatigue <\/strong>et parfois \u00eatre confondue avec une sensation de <strong>faim<\/strong>. Certaines personnes <strong>mangent <\/strong>alors qu\u2019elles <strong>manquent simplement d\u2019eau<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette perspective, la <strong>boisson la plus \u00ab sant\u00e9 \u00bb reste l\u2019eau<\/strong>. Or, les organes responsables de la d\u00e9toxification \u2014 principalement le <strong>foie et les reins<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>fonctionnent <\/strong>en permanence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aucune boisson ne remplace ces <strong>m\u00e9canismes biologiques<\/strong>. Ce qui soutient r\u00e9ellement la fonction h\u00e9patique et r\u00e9nale, c\u2019est une <strong>alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e<\/strong>, un <strong>apport hydrique<\/strong> suffisant, un <strong>sommeil <\/strong>de qualit\u00e9 et une <strong>limitation des exc\u00e8s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>jus <\/strong>d\u00e9tox, souvent compos\u00e9s de <strong>fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> mix\u00e9s ou press\u00e9s, peuvent contenir des <strong>micronutriments int\u00e9ressants<\/strong>. Cependant, lorsqu\u2019ils sont <strong>d\u00e9pourvus de fibres<\/strong> et <strong>concentr\u00e9s en sucres naturels<\/strong>, ils <strong>peuvent provoquer des variations glyc\u00e9miques rapides<\/strong>. Il peut participer modestement \u00e0 la <strong>r\u00e9gulation m\u00e9tabolique<\/strong>, mais son effet reste <strong>compl\u00e9mentaire<\/strong>.
